Welcome back! We look forward to seeing you again. As always, we have prioritized your health and safety. New safety measures have been implemented throughout the office as a result of COVID19.
To maintain infection control, and as recommended by our college regulations, we are updating you on our new safety cleaning protocols, and what to expect when you visit us.
All patients will be pre-screened using a three-step strategy; email, phone and on arrival to the office. This will consist of questions directly related to COVID19, as outlined by the ministry of Health, and a non-contact temperature check prior to entering the office.
You will notice that all staff and doctors will be wearing masks and face shields, to ensure your protection. We ask for your cooperation in all patients wear a tight fitting, 3 layer disposable mask that covers your mouth and nose upon arrival to protect our team and fellow patients.
There will be many stations provided to sanitize your hands throughout the office. Hand sanitizing is essential before entering.
In order to maintain physical distancing, we will be limiting the number of patients in the office. To control the flow, we will require appointments to be made for all office visits, including adjustment of glasses and pick up of product. We request that only patients who do not require assistance enter the office alone for their appointment. Please do your pre-screening at the vestibule area by the main entrance when you arrive. You may be asked to wait in your care until the doctor is ready to see you. Please arrive on time - not early as we are trying to provide safe distancing to all our patients.
Our list of pre-screening questions that will be asked prior to visiting our office is seen below.
We appreciate your cooperating in maintaining a healthy and safe environment. We look forward to your continued support as we work together to end this pandemic.
Stay safe, and stay healthy.
